• Drink at least 15 minutes before your meal a large glass of water.
Great for hydration (hello glowing skin) and you will eat less than 13% with every meal!
• Green tea contains an antioxidant that does great things for your immune system.
It also increases the heat of your body so you will burn more fat. Add to that hydration and you have a winner!
• Go to bed a little earlier.
Too little sleep decreases the burning process at rest by 5% to 20% (!) compared to a good night’s sleep.
• Chocolate milk is a great Post-run snack.
A glass of chocolate milk is packed with protiens and carbs. A great way to refuel. And who said chocolate is bad for you… 🙂
