My first sports outfit for this campaign is intended to provide a trigger. It fits perfectly for a fast Workout and it is easily put on. Furthermore I feel incredible comfortable in it.
My blog is mainly about Fashion, but I started getting into the healthy and fit lifestyle. This change has enriched my life for the better and I want to share this message with my readers. As a result I started writing more and more about sports and healthy meals on my blog myberlinfashion, which I have since almost 5 years now.
I used to be very overweight, but where there is a will, there is always a way. And so that it makes more fun, I will take you along in the areas of Beauty, Nutrition, Workouts und Outfits, all of a sporty base of course.
The most important thing is to always remember the success, as for myself passing the half marathon or the pants, which got too wide.
Nevertheless, getting rest is also important. For this reason I became a huge fan of Yoga. Next to getting rest, listening to the right motivational music during your workout is important. For this reason, Hunkemöller created a playlist– check it out!
Otherwise I would like to say, that lifting weights is important. In order to get a beautiful body the balance between cardio, weights training exercise for toning the body is needed- Have you ever though about Hola Hoop?
Last but not least, you should moisturize the skin before and after your workouts. Therefore apply lotion and always keep some lip balm and dry shampoo with you. Sometimes these little things can give you relaxation.
