We are in for a toned body during the preparation of the parties to come. Because it does not always want to succeed to spend extra hours in the gym we will give you some tips that you can apply in your daily routine.
– The most easy tip is taking the stairs instead of the elevator. And now you are already on the right track, you can also brush your teeth while you walk up and down the stairs. See the stairs as an exercise and take for example two steps at a time or increase your pace.
– Another tip is implementing some squats in your daily routine, for example during blow drying. Put your feet apart at the same height as your shoulders. Then bend your knees (in the same direction as your toes), while keeping your back straight and your feet flat on the floor. Your butt sticking backwards, as if you sit on a chair.
