Hi everyone, My name is Cassandra. I am 21 years old and almost done with my studies HBO nursing. Last April I didn’t feel well, I hardly worked out wasn’t eating as clean as I should. I decided to turn things around and started working out, this is were my passion for running began. To build up some muscles I joined Pilates lessons, a fun and effective way to train using your own body.
10 table spoons peanut butter (easy to make by putting various nuts and a pinch of salt in a foodprocessor)
5 table spoons of honey
5 table spoons coconut oil
20 table spoons of oatmeal
10 table spoons of shredded coconut
2 hands full raisins
2 hands full nuts
150 gr. dark chocolate 85%

Melt the peanut butter together with the honey, chocolate and coconut oil in a bain -marie. When its melted you remove the bowl from the heat and add the oatmeal, shredded coconut, raisins, nuts and vanilla. Mix this well and pour into a baking dish that has been lined with baking paper. Let stand in refrigerator until its hard enough to cut it into strips.
