Hi girls, did you all had a healthy start of the year? Are you still sticking to your New Year’s resolutions? I’m truly motivated to accomplish my goals (killer abs) and to rock the gym! No winter depression for me, but a positive mindset and an active lifestyle. There is nothing better to feel confident in your body! Oh wait.. wearing a HKMX sports set while rocking the gym makes it even better 😉
It is sometimes hard to combine a fulltime job (or study) with a healthy lifestyle. It really helps you to plan in fixed dates in your agenda to get in a sporty vibe. Or do your workouts together with a friend. Personally I like variety in my schedule: once a week I do bootcamp, working out in the gym twice a week, body pump/combat lessons and horse riding. It’s a busy schedule, but it helps me balancing work/life. And I do rest in between because it’s very important to pause after intensive workouts for better results. I like to go for a walk or visit a spa.
Tip: Every now and then I treat myself on a sports massage. Sometimes a bit painful, but afterwards you feel reborn.
