Sometimes it’s hard to be a woman, and that’s certainly the case if you have been both blessed and cursed with big breasts. From the hideous phenomenon of sweating under your breasts – brace yourselves, summer is coming – to the monumental quest you must embark on to find any food which doesn’t quite reach your man; when you’ve got big knockers, life is always a challenge. And although, as the blessed and cursed person in question, I am always grateful for my feminine curves, there are certain hints and tips for keeping your boobs under control. You certainly don’t want them to take on a life of their own!
Boisterous boobs
Today, I want to talk about practical tips and life-lessons for women with big breasts because I feel I still have a great deal to learn in this area. It is quite clear that we don’t want to spill a perfect macchiato over ourselves as we are sprinting to catch a train simply because our breasts decided to be a bit boisterous. It’s all about control and wearing the right shirt for the right day. You’re probably better off not bothering with those lovely boat-neck crop-tops without a bra, unless you really want your lovely ladies to pop out of your ‘special’ top at an inopportune moment. Thanks but no thanks.

And let’s not even think about push-up bras which will emphasise your feminine curves even more. A V-neck is fine but let’s agree that we won’t wear a push-up bra. Otherwise, you’ll be throwing the top away pretty quickly. No prints, no vertical stripes; no joke. I tried it once and it wasn’t a success – wrap-around tops and shirts are fine. But with shirts, watch out for the Hulk-effect; you don’t want to provide a viewing window which allows anyone around you to take a sneaky peek.
The basis of an outfit is, of course, always found underneath your clothes. If you have large breasts, simply finding a nice bra that actually fits can be a drama in itself (I know that feeling well; huffing and puffing in the changing room) but good support is vital. As well as relieving the strain on your back, support also ensures that you won’t need to buy extra macchiatos next time you take the train. And don’t forget to change your lingerie on a regular basis and don’t wear it longer than two days in a row. Otherwise, you’ll lose most of the support provided by your bra.
