How to look refreshed after working out (without taking a shower!)
Oops! You were so focused on your workout that you forgot the time. You don’t have time to quickly go home before meeting your bestie for lunch, so these tips will help you look refreshed after your workout. Handy!
Tie your hair up
After sweating, your hair can get a bit greasy. Loose, greasy hair can look messy (and unclean). That’s why you should tie your hair up. Choose a loose bun, plait or tight ponytail. Use a little hairspray and your hair will look less greasy. Prefer to leave your hair down? Then use some dry shampoo.
It’s important to stop sweating quickly if you want to look fresh. Solution: talcum powder! Talcum powder absorbs moisture quickly making it perfect for sweat. You will look less sweaty and fresher after using it. Talcum powder also smells lush, meaning you won’t need any perfume! Did you know that talcum powder works great as a dry shampoo? Spread evenly over your hair (comb out properly) and voilà, you are ready for your lunch date.
Give your face some TLC
Your face is really important when it comes to looking refreshed. That is why you need to give your face some TLC. First clean your face thoroughly. You can choose between face wipes or washing with just water. After washing, just go for a natural look – foundation and sweaty skin do not mix well. Use some BB cream, mascara and a light lipstick. This way you don’t need to take your entire make-up bag and you will be ready in a flash!
