#100daysHKMX by Manon Meijers – week 6
Well, here we are, over halfway thorough and the start was the most difficult part. The time, effort and energy I have put into it is finally paying off with the 100 days HKMX Challenge. My personal trainer motivated me to perform better and exceed the little competitions which we were having every week. I have raised my standards and want to improve my ability.
You need to keep challenging yourself and don’t pay any attention on those little numbers on a scale! Trust me, this will make the difference. When you’re participating the HKMX challenge, you will lift a lot of weights and gain muscles. That’s why you won’t be able to lose weight cause these muscles are heavy. Beside this all you will benefit a fit figure! That’s why my tip for the day will be: don’t get frustrated if you are not losing weight.
By setting achievable goals you will provoke yourself to think positively. This will make your work out more easy because you will stop comparing your body with the bikini models. Keep an eye on your fat percentage and decrease that amount. This can be transformed in visible muscles! Don’t be uptight cause your fat percentage has nothing to do with your weight.
